Fenerbahçe advances, UEFA country coefficient ranking updated
Following Fenerbahçe's victory over Sturm Graz in the Champions League third qualifying round, the UEFA country coefficient ranking has been updated.
Fenerbahçe advanced to the next round by defeating Sturm Graz 1-0 away in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round. The yellow-navies had also won the first leg played in Kadıköy 2-0.
The first half of the match in Austria ended goalless. The goal that secured the victory for Fenerbahçe was scored by Anderson Talisca from a penalty in the 66th minute. With this result, the representative moved one step closer to the league phase of the Champions League.
Following Fenerbahçe's victory in Europe, the latest table in the UEFA country coefficient ranking has been updated. Turkey maintained its 9th place with 47.575 points.
