Fenerbahçe announces it will exit the Banks Association Agreement
Fenerbahçe released a statement on its official account, announcing that it will exit the Banks Association Agreement.
In a statement regarding the matter, Fenerbahçe said, "Today, we are experiencing one of the turning points for our community. We are happy to realize the project of exiting the Banks Association, which we have been working on meticulously for a long time.
Fenerbahçe Sports Club is now attaining the financial freedom to direct its own future with its own will. A revenue-sharing business model in exchange for land sales has been established through the Protocol for Establishing Cooperation between our club and its subsidiaries and Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş.
Within the scope of this cooperation, our real estate properties located in Ataşehir and Kayışdağı, belonging to our club and its subsidiaries, have been included in the project.
This decision is not merely a financial preference; it is a manifesto of our Fenerbahçe's independence," the statement read.
