Fenerbahçe Beko makes a comeback in the final quarter
Fenerbahçe Beko defeated Israel's Maccabi Tel Aviv 84-82 in the 6th week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, thanks to an effective performance in the final quarter.
The yellow-navy blues, who trailed for the first three quarters of the match played at the Zalgirio Arena in Kaunas, Lithuania, due to security measures cited by the EuroLeague management, dominated their opponent 26-15 in the final quarter to start the double-game week with a victory.
For Fenerbahçe Beko, Nigel Hayes-Davis was the team's top scorer with 20 points, while Devon Hall with 16, Tarık Biberovic with 15, and Skylar Mays with 13 points supported Hayes.
On the Maccabi side, Jaylen Hoard played with 20 points.
With this result, Fenerbahçe Beko secured its 4th win, while Maccabi Tel Aviv suffered its 4th defeat.
