Fenerbahçe Beko wins the Turkish derby in the EuroLeague

In the second week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, A. Efes and Fenerbahçe Beko faced off at the Basketball Development Center. Starting the match effectively, Fenerbahçe Beko finished the first quarter leading 27-21.

Continuing their superior play against their opponent in the second quarter, the yellow-navy team headed to the locker room with a 46-37 lead. The third quarter of the contest ended with a 60-51 lead for Fenerbahçe. Not allowing the gap to close in the final quarter, the yellow-navy team left the court with an 83-78 victory. With this result, Fenerbahçe has gone 2-for-2 in the EuroLeague.

Oturu, who played with 21 points for Efes, was the top scorer of the match. For Fenerbahçe Beko, Colson played with 16 points.

On the other hand, Bryant from A. Efes and Tarık Biberovic from Fenerbahçe were disqualified from the game following an incident in the third quarter. For the yellow-navy team, Colson also fouled out in the final quarter.
