Fenerbahçe confession from Erol Bulut!
Erol Bulut, manager of English Championship side Cardiff, made a confession regarding his career. Bulut said, 'I had received an offer from Cardiff 3 years ago as well.'
Cardiff manager Erol Bulut made important statements during a program he attended on TRT Spor.
In his statement, Erol Bulut said, "My days at Cardiff are very busy. We returned from the training camp, and it is very intense there. In the Championship, there are 46 matches a year, plus cup matches. The tempo is truly very high. The number of high-intensity runs and sprints is high here. That is the difference from Turkey. The important thing is to be at one hundred percent because you are playing matches constantly. The last 2 years did not go very well for Cardiff. With our arrival and one or two transfers, we added excitement to the team and changed the atmosphere. We became closer to each other and tried to become one. Our goal is to do better than the last 2 years. My goal is to keep the team in the top 10. Of course, it could be even better."
"I CHOSE FENERBAHÇE"
Erol Bulut stated, "I had received an offer from Cardiff 3 years ago as well. I was at Alanyaspor at the time. We held talks, but Fenerbahçe weighed more heavily. I chose Fenerbahçe. When the offer came this year, I said why not. Going to Europe was among my goals."
Speaking about Yunus Akgün and Ozan Tufan, Bulut said, "Yunus Akgün is a quality footballer. I think he will get through the adaptation period and continue well. Ozan Tufan has also overcome the adaptation process and is having a good run at Hull City."
