'Çukur' surprise at Fenerbahçe!
A surprise name joined Fenerbahçe's preparations for their Turkish Cup match against Gaziantep FK. Tiago Çukur, who was loaned to Beveren at the beginning of the season, terminated his contract with the Belgian second-division team, returned to Fenerbahçe, and took part in his first training session.
Fenerbahçe continues its preparations for the Ziraat Turkish Cup round of 16 match against Gaziantep FK, with a surprise name joining today's training session.
According to the statement made by the yellow-navy club, the training session held at the Fenerbahçe Can Bartu Facilities under the management of head coach İsmail Kartal began with warm-up and coordination exercises. The session continued with passing drills and concluded with small-sided games. Players who started in the first 11 against Bitexen Antalyaspor completed the day with a recovery session.
Meanwhile, it was noted that Tiago Çukur, who was loaned to Beveren at the start of the season but recently had his contract with the Belgian second-division team terminated, also participated in the training.
Fenerbahçe will continue its preparations with a training session tomorrow.
