Recently, claims have surfaced on social media suggesting that Fenerbahçe's Brazilian footballer Joao Pedro could not be reached. However, according to information obtained by 12punto from the club, these claims are not true.
According to information received from the club, Joao Pedro's loan contract with his Brazilian team expired as of July 31, and the club subsequently granted the player leave.
An official at Fenerbahçe stated that Pedro is currently conducting transfer negotiations and that reports claiming 'he cannot be reached' do not reflect the truth.
FAILED TO MEET EXPECTATIONS
Joao Pedro was transferred to Fenerbahçe from Cagliari for a fee of 4.68 million Euros in the 2022-2023 season. Failing to display the expected performance, Pedro was loaned to the Brazilian team Grêmio last season.
