Fenerbahçe increases capital ceiling to 31 billion 250 million liras
Fenerbahçe's capital increase application has been accepted. The club's registered capital ceiling has been raised to 31 billion 250 million liras.
In a statement made by the yellow-navy club to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was reported that within the framework of the Board of Directors' decision to amend the articles of association, it was decided to increase the current registered capital ceiling of 6 billion 250 million TL to 31 billion 250 million TL.
It was stated that Fenerbahçe had applied to the Capital Markets Board and the relevant ministry to obtain the necessary legal permits for the change in question, and that the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey had also approved the application.
