Fenerbahçe parts ways with Mario Branco

Fenerbahçe has announced that it has parted ways with Sporting Director Mario Branco.

In a statement released by the yellow-navy club, it was stated: "We have parted ways with Mario Branco, who joined the Fenerbahçe Sports Club as Director of Football Operations on June 14, 2022, and has served as Sporting Director since July 1, 2023.

During his tenure, Branco made significant contributions to our football department in many areas, ranging from the squad planning and transfer processes of our Football A Team for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons, to the management of in-season organizations and the shaping of the technical structure.

We thank him for the services he provided to our club and wish him health, happiness, and success in the new chapter of his career."
