Fenerbahçe signs new shorts sponsorship deal with GAİN
Süper Lig team Fenerbahçe has reached an agreement with GAİN for a shorts sponsorship for its men's football A-team.
The agreement between Fenerbahçe Sports Club and the digital content platform GAİN regarding the shorts sponsorship for the yellow-navy football team was announced at an official ceremony held at Chobani Stadium. The ceremony was attended by Fenerbahçe Football AŞ Board Members Sinan Öncel and Turgay Terzi, as well as GAİN Media Board Member and General Manager Aliye Ertuğrul and other guests.
Fenerbahçe executive Sinan Öncel, whose team secured an important 5-2 away victory against Çaykur Rizespor last weekend, stated at the ceremony: “We are very pleased to announce the collaboration between our Fenerbahçe and a leading content producer like GAİN. We have been seeing the GAİN logo on our team's shorts recently. We believe that GAİN, which stands out with its colorful and dynamic nature, will create a great synergy with Fenerbahçe's passionate fan base. We hope that our successes in the Süper Lig and Turkish Cup matches will further strengthen our partnership.”
Sinan Öncel also shared his expectations regarding the derby to be played against Galatasaray this weekend: “We wish for a sportsmanlike and indisputable match. As the management, we take care to stay out of off-field controversies. Our entire community is working hard to reach a happy ending at the end of the season.”
Club Board Member Turgay Terzi said, "The happiness we provided over the weekend and the struggle put forth on the pitch should be appreciated. The resilience we showed despite falling 2-0 behind gave us hope. As Fenerbahçe, our goal is to achieve success in all competitions and increase our brand value every day. This partnership signed with GAİN will also contribute to our club's innovative vision. I would like to thank the entire GAİN team and everyone who contributed. I wish for our agreement to bring great contributions to both sides," he said.
On the other hand, stating that they want to stay away from tension in the field of sports, Terzi emphasized that their goal is the championship, but they will continue to adopt a fair and constructive approach on this path.
GAİN Media Board Member and General Manager Aliye Ertuğrul expressed her happiness about the collaboration with the following words: “We always try to stand by sports and young people. I wish this collaboration to be auspicious for our club and our country. We are happy with this agreement, which gives us the opportunity to contribute to Fenerbahçe and all its fans.”
The event concluded after the gift presentation and photo session held at the ceremony.
