Fenerbahçe terminates contract of star player
Fenerbahçe has mutually agreed to terminate the contract of Filip Kostic, whom they had signed on loan from Juventus.
Fenerbahçe has parted ways with Serbian left-back Filip Kostic, whom they had loaned from Juventus during the mid-season transfer window. The yellow-navy club notified the Turkish Football Federation that they have terminated Kostic's loan agreement, which was set to expire on June 30, by mutual consent.
The decision was influenced by the fact that Kostic will be included in Juventus's extended squad for the FIFA Club World Cup. Consequently, the separation took place before the expiration of his contract with Fenerbahçe.
