Fenerbahçe to increase offer for Matheus Saldanha
Fenerbahçe continues its efforts to strengthen its attacking line during the mid-season transfer window. The yellow-navy blues recently added Partizan player Matheus Saldanha to their agenda.
Fenerbahçe is preparing a major offer for Partizan player Matheus Saldanha as part of its efforts to bolster its attacking line during the mid-season transfer window. Following the rejection of a 6 million Euro offer by the Serbian club, the yellow-navy blues are planning to submit a new bid for the 24-year-old Brazilian forward.
According to a report by Fotomaç, while Fenerbahçe is prioritizing reinforcements for the center-back and midfield positions during the winter transfer window, it is also continuing its work to strengthen the attack. In this context, the yellow-navy blues, who took action for the transfer of Partizan player Matheus Saldanha, will make a new attempt after the Serbian team rejected their previous offer.
It is stated that Fenerbahçe, which previously offered a 6 million Euro transfer fee to Partizan for the Brazilian striker, will update this offer in an attempt to sign the player. Saldanha has also attracted interest from clubs such as Torino and Sevilla.
It is reported that Fenerbahçe views Saldanha as a long-term investment, similar to the transfer of Sebastian Szymanski. The yellow-navy club is reportedly prepared to increase its bid up to 8 million Euros for this transfer.
Matheus Saldanha has made a total of 24 appearances for Partizan this season, including 18 in the league, recording 15 goals and 5 assists.
