Fenerbahçe's Extraordinary General Assembly date has been set
Fenerbahçe Club has released a statement regarding the date of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.
In the statement sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the meeting will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026. The meeting, which will take place at Chobani Stadium, will begin at 14:00.
The agenda items in the statement made by the yellow-navy club are as follows:
1 - Opening and formation of the meeting presidency.
2 - Provided that legal permissions are obtained, the discussion and resolution of amendments to the Company's Articles of Association: Article 3 titled "Company's Business Subject," Article 7 titled "Shares/Type and Group," Article 12 titled "Formation of the Board of Directors, Eligibility for Election, Structure of the Board of Directors, and Provisions Regarding Independent Board Members," Article 15 titled "Board of Directors Meetings, Quorums," and Article 36 titled "Compliance with Corporate Governance Principles and Provisions to be Applied," as well as Article 6 titled "Shares" regarding the increase of the registered capital ceiling.
3 - Submission of the board member elections made by the Board of Directors' decision to the General Assembly for approval, in accordance with Articles 12 and 13 of our Company's Articles of Association and within the framework of the provisions of Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code.
