Fenerbahçe, looking to make a quick start to the transfer window in the Süper Lig, has brought a surprise name to its agenda. The yellow-navy blues have made their first official contact with English Premier League side Brighton to loan national footballer Ferdi Kadıoğlu.
BRIGHTON'S GALATASARAY CLAIM
While the Fenerbahçe management was in talks with Brighton officials to learn about the loan fee and other details of the transfer, the response from the English club caused surprise.
It was stated that the Brighton management informed Fenerbahçe that Galatasaray is also seriously interested in Ferdi Kadıoğlu.
Last season, after transferring from Fenerbahçe to Brighton, he played in only 8 official matches due to a capsule tear in his left big toe joint.
