Ferdi Kadıoğlu fills the coffers of both Fenerbahçe and his former club
Following his transfer from Fenerbahçe to Brighton for a 30 million Euro transfer fee plus 5 million Euro in performance-based bonuses, a clause in Ferdi Kadıoğlu's contract has also filled the coffers of NEC Nijmegen.
Fenerbahçe fan favorite Ferdi Kadıoğlu officially transferred to Brighton yesterday.
Transferring to Brighton for a 30 million Euro transfer fee, 5 million Euro in performance-based bonuses, and a 10 percent share of future sales, Ferdi Kadıoğlu has also filled the coffers of his former team.
According to a report by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu from Sports Digitale; NEC Nijmegen, one of the Dutch Eredivisie teams, added 3 million Euros to its coffers from the Ferdi Kadıoğlu transfer due to a 10% sell-on clause.
NEC Nijmegen also received 500 thousand euros as a 'FIFA Solidarity Contribution,' but this amount will be paid by Brighton.
Kadıoğlu had transferred from NEC Nijmegen to Fenerbahçe on July 14, 2018, for a fee of 4.4 million Euros.
