FIFA announces: Transfer bans imposed on 5 Süper Lig teams
Transfer bans have been imposed on 5 clubs in the Süper Lig and one club in the First League. The penalty issued to the clubs will be valid for 3 periods.
Süper Lig and First League clubs have been shaken by FIFA's decision to impose transfer bans on six Turkish football clubs.
One club from the Süper Lig has received an indefinite transfer ban.
According to the announcement on FIFA's official website, Kayserispor from the Süper Lig has been banned indefinitely, while Adana Demirspor, Antalyaspor, MKE Ankaragücü, and Konyaspor have been deprived of the right to make transfers for three transfer windows.
Additionally, Eyüpspor from the First League has also been included in the list of teams that will be unable to sign new players for three transfer windows.
