Fight at amateur football match
A brawl broke out during the Regional Amateur Football League match between Burdur MAKÜ Spor and Didim Belediye Saygın Yapı Spor in Burdur.
At the Gazi Atatürk Stadium, Didim Belediye Saygın Yapı Spor took a 1-0 lead in the first half of the match with a goal by Emre Can Yıldızhan.
The match ended with a victory for Didim Belediye Saygın Yapı Spor.
RIOT POLICE INTERVENED
Following the final whistle, an argument broke out between the players of Burdur MAKÜ Spor and Didim Belediye Saygın Yapı Spor.
As the argument escalated into a brawl, riot police teams intervened in the situation. The referees left the pitch under police escort. Some fans who attempted to enter the pitch from the stands were also blocked by the police.
