Fines for Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş from the TBF
The Turkish Basketball Federation has imposed fines on Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş due to incidents during the play-off finals.
The Disciplinary Board of the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) has imposed fines on the Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe clubs due to incidents that occurred during the fourth match of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League play-off final series. While the Beşiktaş Club received a total fine of 746 thousand 250 liras, the Fenerbahçe Club faced a fine of 30 thousand liras.
The details of the fine given to Beşiktaş include 100 thousand liras for arena and spectator incidents, 590 thousand liras for ugly and improper chanting by fans, and 56 thousand 250 liras for failing to keep stairways clear. Fenerbahçe, on the other hand, received a 30 thousand lira fine solely for arena and spectator incidents.
