Fines for Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe from the PFDK!
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) has issued fines to Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe for various reasons related to matches played in the Ziraat Turkish Cup.
The TFF Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) announced the penalties issued to clubs following its meeting today.
Beşiktaş was issued a warning due to ugly and improper chants caused by its fans during the match against Konyaspor.
Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe were each fined 112 thousand TL due to field incidents caused by their fans.
It was announced that MKE Ankaragücü was fined 112 thousand TL due to field incidents caused by its fans during the match against Fenerbahçe. Additionally, the Ankara-based team was fined 195 thousand TL for failing to keep stairwells clear, as this was the 4th time this violation occurred within the same season.
In the same match, it was stated that Fenerbahçe was fined 10 thousand TL due to ugly and improper chants caused by its fans, as this was the 2nd time this action occurred in the cup category during a match where they were the visiting club.
