Flash statement from Real Madrid on Kylian Mbappe!

Real Madrid board member Jose Manuel Otero has made statements regarding the Kylian Mbappe transfer and previous agreement situations.

Stating that Real Madrid was almost set to sign Kylian Mbappe this summer but decided against it, Jose Manuel Otero said, "This summer, Mbappe had the opportunity to transfer to Real Madrid. To do so, he would have had to give up the very large bonuses he had previously agreed upon with PSG. The amount we would have had to pay to get Mbappe one year early was a crazy price. Even if he were to replace Benzema, there was no point in signing Mbappe a year early."

"PSG IS NOT AS STRONG AS IT USED TO BE"

Citing the example of Jude Bellingham rejecting other teams to join Real Madrid, Jose Manuel Otero expressed his hope that Kylian Mbappe would do the same, saying, "We hope that Mbappe feels the same things as Bellingham. I believe he will transfer. When Mbappe comes to Real Madrid, he will achieve victory. Until then, he will be circling around it. He will win the Champions League one day." He continued his statements with the following words:

"It seems that PSG's power is now weaker than it used to be; they no longer have such good players. Madrid provides a guarantee; there is a structure here that delivers results. I think Mbappe will say yes to Real Madrid when he becomes a free agent. Of course, he is a player born to play for Real Madrid."

"NO ONE CAN ACCUSE US"

Stating that PSG has slandered them and that this is completely untrue, Jose Manuel Otero said, "If we had made a wrong move in the Mbappe case, PSG would have tried to harm Real Madrid. Madrid knows very well what it can and should do. If Mbappe transfers, which I hope will happen in 2024, he will do it according to all the rules, so no one can accuse us of secret agreements." He concluded his statements with these sentences:

"Last year, everyone accepted it as it was; Al-Khelaifi said that Mbappe had an agreement with Real Madrid. But that is not true. The player is still in Paris."
