Young star of Turkish football Arda Güler, who could not find much playing time at Real Madrid where he transferred this season due to injuries, has impressed with his performance in the limited minutes he has played.
Güler shone by scoring 2 goals in his team's 4-4 away draw against Villarreal in the 37th week of La Liga.
While Güler became a hot topic in the Spanish press with his successful performance, comments highlighted that he has reached a total of 6 goals in La Liga despite playing only 373 minutes.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, in the press conference he held after the Villarreal match, used the following expressions for the Turkish player: "He did special things in attack. The closer he is to the opponent's goal, the better he plays. He plays very efficiently and has a special talent."
According to a report by Defensa Central, the Spanish club's president Florentino Perez gave signals that a new contract would be offered to the 19-year-old player.
Perez used clear expressions regarding Arda Güler's future at Real Madrid and said, "If he plays at this level next year, we will improve his contract. He deserves it."
