Former Ankaragücü President Faruk Koca, who carried out a physical assault by punching referee Halil Umut Meler, has been released.
Former MKE Ankaragücü Club President Faruk Koca has been released to be tried without arrest. Koca had carried out a physical assault by punching referee Halil Umut Meler following the match between Ankaragücü and Çaykur Rizespor.
While Koca remained in prison for 2 weeks, fan groups are set to gather at 19:10, in reference to the club's founding year.
