QPR, a team in the English Championship, has announced the signing of Michael Frey from Antwerp. Following the transfer, Frey stated that he is very happy to have joined Queens Park Rangers.
Queens Park Rangers has announced the signing of former Fenerbahçe player Michael Frey. In the statement made by the English club, it was noted that Frey was transferred on a permanent deal, while no information regarding the contract details was shared.
Speaking to the club's website, Frey said, "I am really happy to be here. QPR has a great history, a beautiful stadium, and wonderful fans. I was really excited when I heard about QPR's interest."

QPR CEO Christian Nourry also expressed that they are happy with the transfer.
In his statement, Nourry said, "He is a goalscorer who has proven himself in many leagues and countries. He provides a great contribution to the team. Furthermore, this transfer might not have been possible without Michael's efforts."
HIS PERFORMANCE THIS SEASON
Michael Frey, who transferred from Fenerbahçe to the Belgian team Royal Antwerp in 2021, spent the second half of last season on loan at Schalke.
Returning to Antwerp after the season ended, Frey has not played in any matches this season.
