Former Galatasaray executive Erden Timur calls for 'foreign referee'
Former Galatasaray executive Erden Timur stated that a foreign referee should officiate the derby match to be played in the Ziraat Turkish Cup.
Galatasaray will host Antalyaspor at home in the 28th week of the Super Lig.
Former executive of the yellow-red club, Erden Timur, also arrived at RAMS Park to watch the match.
Erden Timur responded to the question directed at him, 'Do you think there should be a foreign referee in the derby?'
Timur answered the question about a foreign referee by saying, "For the sake of justice, there should be a foreign referee in the derby. If a standard has been set, it must continue."
The Fenerbahçe - Galatasaray derby, which will take place in the quarter-finals of the Ziraat Turkish Cup, will be played on Wednesday, April 2, at 20:45 at Ülker Stadium.
