Former Trabzonspor player on his way to Galatasaray

Accelerating its preparations for the new season, Galatasaray continues its transfer efforts to strengthen its squad. In this context, the yellow-red team has taken action to sign Ahmetcan Kaplan, who plays for the Dutch club Ajax. Ajax plans to sell the young player, whom they acquired from Trabzonspor for 9.5 million Euros. Ahmetcan Kaplan is also open to a move to Galatasaray.

The Galatasaray management is continuing negotiations with Ajax and has recently submitted an offer of 5 million Euros. The talks between the parties are expected to conclude soon, and the transfer is anticipated to be made official.
