Continuing its new season preparations in Portugal, Fenerbahçe defeated Al Ittihad Club 4-0 in its third friendly match of the camp.
Fenerbahçe faced Al Ittihad Club in a friendly match at the Estadio Municipal de Portimao. Fenerbahçe took a 1-0 lead in the 9th minute with a goal from Youssef En-Nesyri, following a ball won by Sebastian Szymanski's high press.
In the 16th minute, Sebastian Szymanski struck a first-time shot from a low cross by Archie Brown to double the lead.
New signing Jhon Duran, who came on in the second half to make his debut in the yellow-navy jersey, scored his first goals for Fenerbahçe with stylish finishes in the 77th and 88th minutes, as the yellow-navy side left the pitch with a 4-0 victory.
Goalkeeper Tarık Çetin, another new signing who came on in the second half, also wore the Fenerbahçe jersey for the first time.
With this result, the yellow-navy team, which has won all three of its friendly matches in Portugal, will face Benfica in its fourth and final friendly match on Saturday, July 26.
