Galatasaray board heads to extraordinary general assembly for authorization
The Galatasaray Sports Club Board of Directors will request authorization from congress members regarding real estate projects and general properties at the extraordinary general assembly to be held tomorrow.
Galatasaray Club will hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting tomorrow to request authorization regarding real estate projects and club properties.
The general assembly, which the Yellow-Reds will hold at the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center in Istanbul, will take place tomorrow regardless of whether a quorum is met.
The club management will request authorization from the general assembly members until May 31, 2026, to carry out activities and perform relevant legal transactions and dispositions concerning the Galatasaray Island, the Florya Metin Oktay Facilities land, the Mecidiyeköy building, the new training facilities currently under construction in Kemerburgaz, the Büyükçekmece land, the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex, the Kalamış Facilities, the Burhan Felek Ergun Gürsoy Swimming Pool, the Maslak Nevzat Özgörkey Equestrian Facilities, the Beyoğlu Hasnun Galip Building, and the Küçükçekmece rowing facilities.
