Galatasaray could break Fenerbahçe's record
If league leaders Galatasaray defeat Antalyaspor away from home this week, they will become the new holders of the 'longest away winning streak' record currently held by Fenerbahçe.
With the international break coming to an end, all eyes have turned back to the national leagues.
The 9th week of the Süper Lig will begin tomorrow (October 19) with the matches to be played.
League leaders Galatasaray will be the guests of Antalyaspor, managed by Alex de Souza.
The Yellow-Reds have won all 3 of their away matches this season. Having achieved a 12-match winning streak on the road, Galatasaray is currently tied for the record held by their arch-rivals Fenerbahçe.
If Galatasaray defeats Antalyaspor tomorrow, they will set a new Süper Lig record by winning 13 consecutive away matches.
