Galatasaray decides to increase capital
Galatasaray will increase its capital by 8.1 billion liras to 13.5 billion liras.
Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımlar AŞ has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it will proceed with a capital increase following a decision by its board of directors.
The current capital of 5.4 billion liras will be increased by 150 percent to 13.5 billion liras.
The majority of the funds obtained from this capital increase, 80 percent, will be allocated to the Banks Association of Turkey, 15 percent to expenditures for players, technical staff, and transfer fees, and the remaining 5 percent to tax payments.
