Galatasaray determines Plan B for defensive transfer: El Chadaille Bitshiabu is on the agenda

Efforts to reinforce the defensive line continue at Galatasaray. It has been stated that the yellow-reds have reached an agreement with Yusuf Akçiçek, who plays for Al Hilal, and his club; however, the transfer is dependent on the defensive reinforcements Al Hilal plans to make.
For this reason, Galatasaray is keeping its alternative plan ready in case of any potential setbacks. According to the report by Ali Naci Küçük, the yellow-reds have accelerated their contacts for 21-year-old French center-back El Chadaille Bitshiabu, who plays for Leipzig.
It was stated that Galatasaray wants to add Bitshiabu to its squad if there is a negative development in the Yusuf Akçiçek transfer. A report in Sky indicated that negotiations between Galatasaray and Leipzig are at an advanced stage and that the German club believes the deal could be completed.
Bitshiabu, who played in 14 matches for Leipzig last season, has a contract with his club that runs until 2029. The young defender's current market value is listed at 18 million euros.
