Galatasaray elects its president! Dursun Özbek or Süheyl Batum?

The general assembly, where the 104th term administration of the yellow-red club will be determined, is being held at Galatasaray High School.

In the general assembly, where a quorum is not required, Hikmet Koyuncuoğlu was elected as the congress council president by the joint proposal of the two candidates and unanimous vote.

Following the formation of the council committee, the congress began with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, after which the formation of ballot committees proceeded.

In the general assembly, 10,290 members have the right to vote.

20 ballot boxes have been set up at Galatasaray High School for congress members to cast their votes.

The voting process will end at 15:00.

TWO NAMES ARE CANDIDATES FOR THE PRESIDENCY

In Galatasaray's ordinary general assembly, incumbent president Dursun Özbek and constitutional law professor and politician Süheyl Batum are competing.

General assembly members will use ballot papers printed in red for Dursun Özbek and yellow for Süheyl Batum.
