The goals that secured the round for Gençlerbirliği, managed by Volkan Demirel, were scored by Fıratcan Üzüm in the 51st minute and Traore in the 83rd minute. Gençlerbirliği has reached the semifinals of the Turkish Cup for the first time in 15 years.
