Entering the 38th and final week of the Süper Lig as the leader, 3 points ahead of their closest rival Fenerbahçe, the yellow-red team faced TÜMOSAN Konyaspor away from home. Galatasaray, for whom even a draw would have secured the championship, left the pitch with a 3-1 victory thanks to goals from Mauro Icardi (2) and Berkan Kutlu.
Reaching 102 points, the yellow-red team secured the championship while maintaining the point gap with Fenerbahçe.
