Galatasaray issues statement on Sacha Boey's injuries
Galatasaray Development Director Fatih Demireli has made comments regarding the injuries suffered by Sacha Boey, who moved to Bayern Munich.
In a statement to the German press, Fatih Demireli commented on Boey's frequent injuries. Here are those words;
"We were also surprised by his injuries. He didn't even have the slightest pain while playing for us. He was a top-level footballer who trained well."
"I know that he continues to work hard at Bayern as well. I also know that he does not have a bad lifestyle. These injuries are probably completely related to bad luck."
Boey, who transferred from Galatasaray to Bayern Munich, has suffered injuries 4 times at the German giant. Sacha Boey had missed a total of 26 matches in his previous three injuries.
Boey, who is suffering from an ankle injury, is expected to return to the team in mid-January. The full-back has played in a total of 8 official matches for Bayern Munich this season and has contributed with 2 assists.
