STATEMENT FROM OKAN BURUK REGARDING TRABZONSPOR'S GOAL

In the 16th week of the Trendyol Süper Lig, Galatasaray defeated the visiting Trabzonspor 4-3. The Yellow-Reds, who extended their unbeaten streak to 19 matches, brought their points in the league to 41.

Galatasaray Manager Okan Buruk evaluated the victory for beIN SPORTS.

"It was a tremendous match for the spectators, but I cannot say the same for the coaches. We conceded a transition goal while we were taking a throw-in, and it became 1-1. We entered easy positions, but the positions we gave away... After 3-3, we could have fallen behind 4-3. Abdülkerim's touch... It was not one of his good days, but his save won the match. The number of players we have in a defensive sense, the number of players in attack... We couldn't play Davinson. It was a day with a very difficult squad structure for us. At the end of the day, we won. About the ball that went out from our side and was turned back in... The news of this came. We saw during the match that the ball was turned in from outside. It was a goal we didn't deserve. We could have increased our goal count. Trabzonspor perhaps performed their best. I congratulate them for their efforts. We are maintaining the point gap."
