Galatasaray's appeal against team spending limits rejected
The Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board has rejected Galatasaray's appeal regarding team spending limits.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board has rejected the appeal filed by Galatasaray Sports Club regarding the Süper Lig team spending limits for the second transfer and registration period.
In a statement released by the TFF, it was noted that the yellow-red club's objections concerning the Süper Lig Team Spending Limits for the 2nd Transfer and Registration Period and the amendments made to the Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Instruction were rejected unanimously.
The statement further conveyed that Galatasaray's objection to the amendment made to Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction was also reviewed and rejected by a majority vote.
