Erman Toroğlu makes highly controversial claims about Arda Kardeşler

The repercussions of the Galatasaray-Beşiktaş derby, played in the 10th week of the Süper Lig, continue. Following the match, which Galatasaray won 2-1, referee Arda Kardeşler's decisions have become a subject of debate.

While the PFDK decided to suspend Arda Kardeşler from officiating matches until the first half of the season ends, former referee Erman Toroğlu has put forward claims that are set to be widely discussed.

Toroğlu's statements are as follows:

"I KNOW HIM WELL, I WON'T NAME HIM!"

“Someone I trust very much told me about Arda Kardeşler, 'I know him well; if the match is at the Galatasaray stadium, he calls in favor of Galatasaray. If it's at the Beşiktaş stadium, he calls in favor of Beşiktaş.' Someone who knows him well—I won't give his name!

"HE LACKS THE HEART"

I am saying this clearly. He lacks the heart. They should go and buy themselves some heart.

"A REFEREE CANNOT BE A COWARD"

They don't even have the heart of a sheep. A referee cannot be a coward. You only die once, after all. Just quit refereeing...
