Good news for Galatasaray from Milan: Permission granted for Morata... The star player is coming to Istanbul

Galatasaray, which began searching for an attacking player after Mauro Icardi's injury, had sat down at the table with Milan for the transfer of Alvaro Morata.

Galatasaray, which made contact with Milan as they look to sign Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord, submitted a loan offer for Alvaro Morata.

The yellow-reds reached an agreement with the Italian club on a loan offer that also includes a mandatory purchase clause.

Galatasaray has also reached a verbal agreement with the Spanish star Morata for 3.5 years.

It has been learned that Morata, who moved to Milan at his wife's request and signed with the red-blacks, has been unhappy at the Italian club recently.

The Spanish striker, who wants to turn a new page in his career, is expected to arrive in Istanbul shortly.

The 32-year-old footballer will earn around 3 million Euros for the remainder of the season. Morata's annual salary will be slightly over 6 million Euros.

Morata, who transferred to the Real Madrid youth academy after the Atletico Madrid youth academy, experienced championship success with Spain at EURO 2024.

The Spanish striker, who also captains his national team, has played for giants such as Real Madrid, Juventus, Chelsea, and Atletico Madrid.

Over 200 million Euros in transfer fees have been paid for the 32-year-old striker to date.

Morata, who has appeared in 25 matches for Milan this season, has recorded a performance of 6 goals and 2 assists.
