ROK reveals the outcome expected from the party congress lawsuit! 'Absolute nullity ruling...'
Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, a figure close to the government, has made a prediction regarding the outcome of the first hearing of the lawsuit filed concerning the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress.
The lawsuit filed regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress will be heard tomorrow at the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance.
The case is notable as it seeks the annulment of the congress in which CHP Chairman Özgür Özel was elected. Certain circles close to the government are already discussing the potential outcome of the trial.
Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, known for his proximity to the government, announced the result he expects from tomorrow's congress hearing in a post on his personal social media account.
Kütahyalı stated that he does not expect an 'absolute nullity' ruling from the case, but rather predicts that an "adjournment decision" will be issued.
The statements made by Kütahyalı in his social media post are as follows:
"ADJOURNMENT DATE SET"
"I do not expect an absolute nullity ruling regarding the CHP tomorrow; in my estimation, an adjournment decision willbe issued. The hearing will be postponed to a date inOctober. This is just my prediction."
The most curious aspect regarding the outcome of the case is the situation of former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. According to claims, if an "absolute nullity" ruling is issued, Kılıçdaroğlu would return to the CHP chairmanship.
