Manisa FK and Amed SK are taking the field for a Turkish 1st League match.

Manisa is fighting to avoid relegation. With 37 points, Manisa is in 18th place and must secure good results in several consecutive matches to escape the relegation zone.

Amedspor, on the other hand, wants to qualify for the play-off round. Therefore, they must finish the league in 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th place. Amed has 47 points, and because the point gaps are very narrow, they could lose this bid if they drop points in several consecutive matches.

In the Keçiörengücü-Şanlıurfa match played earlier today, a result emerged that disappointed Amedspor and pleased Manisa. Keçiören defeated Şanlıurfa 4-1. With this score, Keçiören increased their points from 45 to 48, moving 1 point ahead of Amed. Amed dropped from 8th to 9th place.

Manisa, meanwhile, breathed a sigh of relief as their rival in the relegation battle, Şanlıurfa, failed to earn any points this week. Şanlıurfa remained at 37 points with this result.
