In his remarks, Giannis stated that he generally does not watch basketball and noted that he has no idea how his opponents on the court play.
Giannis said, "I don't really watch basketball. Stats, highlights, and how people play... I have no idea. But I love it. I love being in the game, but I have no idea who I'm playing against or how they play."

Playing in 54 games in the NBA this season, Giannis averaged 30.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 6.4 assists while staying on the court for an average of 35 minutes per game.
