Turkish football's young star Arda Güler, who could not find much playing time at Real Madrid this season due to injuries, has impressed everyone with his performance in the limited minutes he has played.
A comment on Arda Güler, who has been a constant headline in the Spanish press and whom Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti cannot stop praising, has also come from Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
GUARDIOLA'S TAKE ON ARDA
Admiring the player's level and potential, Guardiola reportedly cannot believe that Manchester City failed to notice Arda Güler last summer.
The latest comment on Arda Güler, who has made teams that failed to sign him regret it with the level he has reached at Real Madrid and his contributions despite the few opportunities he has had, came from Pep Guardiola.
"IF MADRID PLAYS HIM OFTEN, THIS KID WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE"
According to a report by Defensa Central, the experienced manager said of Arda Güler: "If Madrid plays him often, this kid will be unstoppable; the kid is very good" he said.
TOO LATE FOR ARDA TRANSFER
The report, which states that Guardiola believes Arda Güler could be an excellent alternative to replace Bernardo Silva, who is expected to leave City, also underscores that it is now too late for such a move.
Arda Güler, who has a contract with Real Madrid until June 30, 2029, could only leave the Spanish giants for a record transfer fee; however, the club is well aware of the talent they have and has no intention of letting him go.
