In the statement made by the federation, it was stated, "Hakan Çalhanoğlu has been removed from the candidate squad due to an injury to his right wrist sustained during the match played against Bulgaria last night. Isak Vural and Yusuf Akçiçek from our U21 National Team have been included in the A National Team candidate squad."
