Hakan Safi reveals how many transfers he will make! '3 are world stars'

Fenerbahçe presidential candidate Hakan Safi met with congress members and delegates at a hotel in Antalya as part of his election campaign. Sharing his promises and projects ahead of the historic congress that will shape the club's future, Safi stated that their short and long-term plans are ready should they be elected. Safi said their primary goal is to end the championship drought without disrupting the club's cash flow and to prepare the club for the year 2050.

"WE WILL OVERCOME LIMIT DISCUSSIONS WITH FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS"

Addressing the spending limit obstacles facing the club, Safi recalled that they had solved similar problems in the past with sponsorship formulas, stating, "Last year, they were saying 'there is no limit,' but we solved this problem with an image rights contract and brought one of our national team's most ambitious players to Fenerbahçe. Now they are saying 'there is no limit' again. The limit is the will here; it is you. We will overcome these obstacles with financial solutions that comply with the Turkish legal system. No one should worry," he said.

"WE WILL ACQUIRE 1 MILLION SQUARE METERS OF LAND FOR OUR CLUB"

Announcing his real estate and digital projects that will provide permanent income to the club, Hakan Safi said, "We will acquire 1 million square meters of land for our club, a scale unprecedented in Fenerbahçe's history. Under the 'Fenerbahçe GO' brand, real estate projects will be developed in these areas, and all income generated will go into the club's coffers as profit. We will also take our club's power in the stock market to a very different level," he said.

"OUR GOAL IS A BRAND VALUE OF 1 BILLION EUROS"

Arguing that Fenerbahçe's current brand value is far below its potential, Safi gave the Real Madrid example. Safi said, "We are not even using 10 percent of Fenerbahçe's brand value right now. We will increase this value first to 500 million euros, and then to 1 billion euros. If we cannot take Fenerbahçe above Real Madrid, we cannot consider ourselves to have kept our promise. We want to talk about tomorrow, not yesterday. We haven't been able to play the Champions League anthem in Kadıköy since 2008," he said.

"WE WILL BRING IN 2 DOMESTIC PLAYERS AND 3 WORLD-CLASS FOREIGN STARS"

Stating that they want general assembly members to go to the polls without any question marks, Safi gave concrete names regarding transfer efforts. Emphasizing that they will strengthen the squad, Safi said, "We will add two domestic national players and 2 or 3 world-class foreign stars to our squad. We met with Ademola Lookman, who plays for Atalanta, in the winter. I personally met with Serhou Guirassy, who plays for Borussia Dortmund, on April 23. The moment we win the election, we will resolve these crises and bring these players to our club. Quality football is played with quality feet," he said.

"WE WILL PROTECT OUR OLD VALUES"

Expressing that they will put an end to the resentment experienced with the club's former athletes and coaches, presidential candidate Safi said, "Our former stars and coaches have been alienated. Values like Alex de Souza, Pierre van Hooijdonk, Aykut Kocaman, İsmail Kartal, Tuncay Şanlı, and Selçuk Şahin have been attempted to be discredited. We will end this polarization and factionalism, and we will bring our old values back to the club," he said.

"WE WILL RENOVATE THE STADIUM WHILE MATCHES ARE BEING PLAYED"

Touching upon the renovation project of the Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, Hakan Safi concluded his words by saying, "Fenerbahçe must renovate its stadium to prevent its rivals from influencing the pitch and the table. We will start this project next year. Within a year and a half, we will complete the renovation works while matches continue to be played in our stadium."

Safi invited all congress members who attended the organization in Antalya to go to the polls next weekend to take ownership of the club's future.
