Halkbank takes the advantage in the series!

In the first match of the Efeler League Final Series, Halkbank managed to defeat Fenerbahçe Parolapara 3-1 at home.

Starting the match well, Halkbank went on a 4-point (7-3) run early in the set. Continuing to widen the gap with their effective play, the capital city representative finished the first set ahead at 25-17.

While both teams started the second set by trading points, the early stages of the set were tied at 8-8. After this score, the visiting team went on a 3-0 (8-11) run. Not allowing the gap to close, Fenerbahçe Parolapara finished the second set ahead at 25-20 and brought the score to 1-1.

In the third set, both teams played effectively on offense and defense, with Halkbank gaining a two-point (15-13) advantage midway through the set. Maintaining this advantage throughout the set, the capital city representative finished the third set ahead at 25-19 and took a 2-1 lead.

Starting the fourth set well and playing well until the end, Halkbank won the fourth set 25-16 and the match 3-1.

The second match of the series will be played on April 14 at the Burhan Felek Vestel Volleyball Hall in Istanbul.
