President Hasan Arat announced the new transfer.
Here are Hasan Arat's statements and the transfer news:
'I HAD A MEETING WITH PSG'
"We had a good training camp. Our coach reported his needs after the necessary work. There are players who will be leaving, this is normal. We have 14 foreign player slots and our blue card rights. We are the club that produces the most players from its youth academy in Europe and Turkey. I had a meeting with PSG, and I saw this clearly in that meeting. Beşiktaş should be proud of this. We have made very important transfers that excite the fans. We wish the new season to be auspicious for our entire community. We hope for a great season. May our path be clear and our luck be plentiful. May God grant the eagle to continue its journey without harm.
'PLAYERS WHO REALLY WANT BEŞİKTAŞ ARE BEING SIGNED'
"Emirhan Topçu and his mother really wanted Beşiktaş. The coach wanted him too. Best of luck. Transfer efforts are ongoing. We are in talks with Giovanni van Bronckhorst. One more transfer's license will be issued. Players who really want Beşiktaş are being signed."
