In a statement on the Italian club's official website, it was stated that they had parted ways with the 56-year-old manager due to "certain behaviors during and after the Coppa Italia final that are incompatible with the values of the club and the behavior that those who represent it must adopt."

Allegri, who argued with Guido Vaciago, known for his proximity to Juventus, threatened the journalist while using heavy profanity.
