Fernando Muslera, who guarded the goal at Galatasaray for 14 years, is preparing to make a fresh start.
The Uruguayan goalkeeper's agent, Rodrigo Lubetkin, made important statements regarding Muslera's future.
In an interview with Radio La Cielo, Rodrigo Lubetkin stated that Muslera accepted the offer from Estudiantes instead of Peñarol. Lubetkin said, 'There were Peñarol and Estudiantes on the table, but the choice was Estudiantes. While negotiations with Peñarol were dragging on, Estudiantes showed a determined stance, and that was very valuable for Nando. We did not evaluate the options of staying in Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, or Turkey for another year,'
