Hugo Lloris' new team has been announced
Los Angeles FC has announced the signing of Hugo Lloris, who most recently played for Tottenham.
Major League Soccer (MLS) side Los Angeles FC has added Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to its squad.
In a statement released by the club, it was announced that a 1+2 year contract has been signed with the French goalkeeper, effective from 2024.
Lloris, who served as captain for 9 years at Tottenham where he had played since 2012, made 447 appearances for the club.
The 37-year-old Lloris, who won the 2018 World Cup with the French National Team, holds the record for the most appearances by a goalkeeper in the World Cup with 20 matches.
