Hüseyin Yücel announces: Beşiktaş is waiting for Di Maria

Beşiktaş Second President Hüseyin Yücel spoke about the team's transfer efforts.

Stating that they are waiting for a response from the player regarding the Angel Di Maria transfer, which has been on the agenda in recent days, Yücel said the following:

"If Di Maria comes, he will come as a free agent on a one-year deal. He will give us his clear answer after the Copa America. Hopefully, we will go to sign Di Maria after the Copa America. We have done everything we can. We are waiting for his answer."

The 36-year-old Argentine world star spent last year at Benfica, recording 17 goals and 12 assists in 43 matches.

Di Maria started in the first 11 for his national team's first match in the Copa America and came on as a substitute in the second match. The tournament will end on July 15.

NO POSSIBILITY OF MITROVIC

Speaking about Mitrovic as well, Hüseyin Yücel said that there is no possibility of a transfer due to the player's cost and annual earnings.
